This tool was designed to allow you to toggle a flag on a Blogger blog for questionable content when that site has removed its navbar or flag. Refer to A Consuming Experience for what you should do before resorting to this tool.
To use it, copy the blog's URL to the form and click "OK". You can check "Unflag" to unflag the blog. The tool will pull the blog's Blogger ID from its source and send it to Blogger to be flagged or unflagged as questionable. You'll know it worked if nothing happened.
